GLITCHES?

I just got myself a brand new iPhone7. So it has to be the app . when I would try to pause music on the lock screen- nothing would work unless I got on the application .gave it a 5 star just to put the message out there. Please fix . Also SoundCloud would close itself repeatedly or take forever to load. Fix please
