SoundCloud: Discover New Music App Reviews

omg i love soundcloud with my whole heart! there is this song i absolutely love and it helps me fall asleep and just the other night i was complaining how every time the song ends i have to blind myself with my phone light to start the song over but today i updated it and see there is now an option that puts the song on a loop. i am so beyond happy about this!! i had to right a review because this is amazing and soundcloud in general is fabulous. they have almost every song i love and amazing options for finding new music. love love love this app??

I am so irritated by this bug, and it is beyond me why this wouldn’t be imperative to fix. Clicking a soundcloud link in Safari opens the iTunes store instead of the soundcloud app and therefore I cannot open soundcloud links period. It’s been this way for years now. Unfathomable.

I was thinking you could add another setting when listening to music. You alrdy have the repeat button; maybe a button that let’s one song finish and then it just stops? like, instead of going to the next track or anything, it stops after that one song.

I might say it’s very Wonderful for such a music app that can Change your Whole Mind ?.

This app is really slow and I cant even click on anything because the screen freezes. There wasnt anything wrong with the app before. Just keep the app the way it was.

ITzxKevx - New update is awsome! Dont think u can make the app any better honestly. I pay the 8$ a month plan(sound cloud go) & when u play songs in the middle of no where with no service is nice to just play a wide variety of songs. Would say this app is better then Spotify, just because I find it easy to operate and songs are by pictures so u can remember the song by pictures kinda helps finding songs sometimes lol

Every time I get a notification or go on snapchat the music just stops

Basically, before the update, the app would recommend you a list of songs based off of songs you already liked or frequently listened to, but now just shoves a bunch of run-of-the-mill normie c*ap in your face with playlists like "chill" "top 50"and "new wave" If their algorithm was working properly, theyd see I have no such interest in these genres. Also, advertisements have become far too frequent, sometimes even playing back to back. Before, they would come up maybe once every 10 or so songs, but now are obnoxiously annoying and dont even apply to my demographic at all. Especially bad are the ones plugging the abomination known as the "discover tab" which doesnt even seem to exist on ios. And plus, why would I want to "find new tracks" while Im IN THE MIDDLE OF LISTENING TO A PLAYLIST OF TRACKS I LIKE. All in all, the only thing that would take this back up to a 4 star app would be if they reverted it back to its former state, although that will probably never happen.

Ok so I like the app except for 1 thing. In fact, Im listening to my fav song called Sing Me To Sleep writing this review! So the 1 thing I don’t like is remixes! It’s like I can never find the actual version! It’s always gotta be mixed up and twisted and sung by somebody else! 1 question. Who sings that song? Oh yeah I know of that singer! So let’s let THEM sing this song! After all it IS their song soooo they probably are good at singing the song Some of my fav songs (recommended): •Sing Me To Sleep- Alan Walker •Faded- Alan Walker •Alone- Alan Walker If you havent seen yet, I REALLY like Alan Walker songs! •Thunder- Imagine Dragons •Demons- Imagine Dragons •Believer- Imagine Dragons •Young Dumb & Blind- Imaging Dragons ( I know it sounds really mean and negative but it’s really a great song! •What It Takes- Imagine Dragons I also REALLY like Imagine Dragons! •Cheap Thrills- Sia •Havana- Camilo Cabello •What Lovers Do- Maroon Five I really recommend these songs! I hope this was helpful to you and please please PLEASE check out these songs you HAVE to love ATLEAST half of them! If you don’t then you just... you’re not a big fan of music!

Constantly freezing without even the slightest usage in or out of the app, Crashing regularly after a song or 2 iPhone 6s v 11.2.6 march 2018

But can you guys please help, you guys dont have a help center number, I have the premium go version but its not letting me edit my playlists and its getting old. How do I fix this !?!?

I haven’t had any problems with SoundCloud other than it crashing every once in a while. The offline feature definitely helps when I’m in the car or something

I mean SoundCloud’s good and all but there’s way to many adds like I don’t have SoundCloud go because who wants to pay for free music?? But still after every song I play it’s and add and wasn’t like this before
